    Yoga Instructor

    Aya brings a calm and supportive energy to every yoga class she leads at HERS FITNESS. Whether it’s restorative yoga, flow-based practices, or strength-focused sessions, she tailors each class to meet women where they are in their journey. Her teaching style emphasizes mindfulness, balance, and building both inner and outer strength. She is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, and her passion for yoga shines through in the way she guides members to connect with their breath, body, and mind.     Belly dance has been a lifelong passion for Rona, connecting her to tradition, rhythm, and the art of storytelling through movement. She has spent years practicing and performing, and now she’s excited to share this beautiful dance form with the HERS FITNESS community. Her goal is not only to teach belly dance techniques but also to help women appreciate the rich cultural history behind it.     Tamany brings energy, rhythm, and fun to every Zumba class she leads. With a background in both Egyptian and classic Zumba styles, her sessions are designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving while keeping a smile on your face. She believes fitness should be joyful and empowering, and her classes are all about celebrating movement, music, and community together.

    Strength & Pilates Instructor

    Sana brings nearly a decade of fitness experience to her Strength and Pilates-based classes at HERS FITNESS. Having explored everything from heavy lifting to yoga, she’s discovered a training style that builds strength while helping women feel energized, confident, and in tune with their bodies and their cycles. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Sana is passionate about creating a welcoming space where women can move in ways that work for them and leave feeling their absolute best.

    Dancing has always been a part of Sash’s life. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant music and movement of Bollywood, she has carried her love for dance from childhood into today. Her passion goes beyond just teaching steps. She wants to share the joy, energy, and storytelling that make Bollywood so special. At HERS FITNESS, Sash brings her culture to life through dance. Her classes are designed to get you moving, smiling, and feeling confident, while also giving you a deeper appreciation for the beauty of Bollywood traditions.     Boxing Instructor

    Heba began her boxing journey during COVID, when she needed an escape from the world. What started as a way to destress quickly grew into something more, boxing empowered her both physically and mentally. Inspired by the transformation she experienced, Heba went on to earn her USA Boxing Coach certification. Now, she’s passionate about helping women discover the same power within themselves. In her classes, Heba breaks down boxing fundamentals in a supportive and fun way, so every woman can feel confident learning the moves and proud of her strength.
